Made by a small French studio
We are JLC Solutions, an independent team. We build Lifelines so history feels like a story about people, not a list of dates.

History is hard to hold in your head when it arrives as separate chapters. Names pile up. Dates blur. Nobody tells you that two people you studied weeks apart were actually neighbours in time.
A timeline fixes that. When you see each person as a lifespan bar, with a portrait, you notice who lived at the same time. You pinch to zoom, and the overlaps appear on their own.
We are a small, independent studio in France. We make Lifelines ourselves, without a big team or a committee between us and the app, so we can keep it clear, calm and focused on the people who made history.
Three promises guide every screen we design.
Students, parents, and anyone who wonders who else was alive then. You can start exploring in seconds, with no history degree required.
We care about clear type, comfortable contrast and text that scales. A timeline should invite you in, not make you squint.
Whether you are revising for an exam, exploring with your kids or just curious, the timeline is ready when you are. Free to get started.

We are JLC Solutions, an independent team. We build Lifelines to be clear, readable and welcoming, so anyone curious about history can open it and feel at home.
Independent studio, France
We design, build and look after Lifelines ourselves. A timeline makes history easier to learn because you see who lived at the same time, so we keep it simple, readable and kind to every reader, whether you are a student, a parent or just curious.
Readability first
We care about clear type, comfortable text sizes and screens that stay calm, so the timeline helps you understand instead of overwhelming you.
iPhone, Android and web
We build the app for all three platforms, so you can explore the same faces and eras wherever you pick it up.
We are small and we like it that way. We choose what goes in the app, and we keep it tidy so you do not abandon it after one session.
