Payments

Payments are handled by the App Store (Apple), Google Play or Stripe (on the web). We never see your card number. RevenueCat tells us which purchases are active on your account.

Service providers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data to provide the service you ask for (your account and timelines) and to meet legal obligations (invoicing). It is kept while your account exists. Items in the trash are erased after 30 days. When you delete your account, everything is erased at once, except purchase records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, object to processing or ask for portability. Most of it is done in the app (Account › Edit profile, Trash, Delete my account, see how). For anything else, email contact@jlcsolution.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children

Lifelines is meant for people aged 13 and over. Younger children should use a parent's or teacher's account.

On the web

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement. It only keeps your preferences (language, theme) and your sign-in on your device.

Changes

We will tell you in the app about any important change to this policy.
