Delete your Lifelines account

In the app

1. Open Lifelines and sign in.
2. Go to Account, at the bottom: Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Google or Apple.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Delete only some data

Without deleting your account, you can erase your timelines, items and photos: long press or the “⋯” menu › Move to trash, then Account › Trash › erase. Whatever stays in the trash is erased automatically after 30 days. Your profile photo is removed in Account › Edit profile. You can also ask at contact@jlcsolution.com.

Without the app

Email contact@jlcsolution.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my Lifelines account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (name, email address).
• Your timelines and the items and texts you added.
• Your photos and your profile photo.
• Your settings, games and progress.

What is kept

• Purchase records held by the App Store, Google Play or Stripe, under their own rules and legal obligations (invoicing).
• A running subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in the App Store, Google Play or through the link you received by email (Stripe).
